With over 20 years of experience in public and private education, I've served as a special education teacher, MTSS interventionist, and school social worker. I am a certified facilitator of SEED and trained in Beyond Diversity™ protocols, crisis intervention, and safety assessments. My work focuses on designing and facilitating Tier 2 & 3 systems and providing support and coaching to Tier 1 to promote optimal student engagement and regulation, ensuring every student has a comprehensive roadmap for success.
